How would you describe yourself? What adjectives would you use?

I would use 'sociable' and 'organized' to

describe myself. I am a very sociable person who loves making new friends. 

I am easy to approach and create and maintain good relationships with others. 

I am also an organized person because I plan things ahead of time and work according to those plans. These characteristics make it possible for me to be an easy-going and enjoyable team member. 

If there was was something that you could change about yourself, would it be?why?

I want to act confidently. 

I make a mistake if I think I am lacking when I work.I want to act confidently even if it is not enough.
